By accessing and using OpenAgents ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

OpenAgents is an open-source platform that provides AI agent networks for open collaboration. The Service allows users to build, deploy, and collaborate with AI agents through our websites, the OpenAgents Workspace, the OpenAgents Launcher desktop application, our mobile applications for iOS and Android, and associated tools.

3. Open Source License

OpenAgents is distributed under an open-source license. The source code is available at github.com/openagents-org/openagents. Use of the source code is subject to the terms of the applicable open-source license.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
